Henry Roth is one of the longest running Australian fashion design houses. Celebrating nearly 60 years of being involved in special occasions in weddings, bridesmaids, debutantes and after five dressing.
The company was created by Joseph & Aneta Weinreich when Australia found them freedom and tremendous opportunities as Holocaust survivors after the second world war.
They started with the then currency of £2 in their pocket, took the hinges off the door in their apartment in Artarmon in NSW, laid the door on the bed and so commenced their first cutting table where history was made.
Today it is a family team that creates the passion of Henry Roth with Aneta as head designer, based in the Sydney studio, Michelle Roth based in New York City and Henry Roth based in both Sydney and New York City.
